Cristina is an amazing realtor to have. I'm an engineer, we are picky and we have high expectations and Cristina exceeded our expectations! I've had other realtors here in town, and there is no comparison. She treated us like we were her only client and gave us a lot of attention. She did an exceptional job of getting top dollar for our home that had an offer within 5 days, as well as helping us purchase our new home construction build. She's very knowledgeable about the home build process, and gives sound advice about what is and what is not important. She did an amazing job of keeping us notified throughout the process, and communication was a constant flow day or night, either phone or text. She created a sales plan for our home sell, including providing staging advice, making beautiful flyers, mailing out postcards and developed a beautiful webpage with stunning pictures of our home. She was always in communication with the buyer (and all of the drama) as well as title company requirements. We closed our home sale on time and felt like she was always on top of things. She did the same with our new home build purchase. Building a home is exciting but very stressful, and she did an amazing job of cooling us down when needed. You will love working with her!

Even though she was our first, we’re pretty sure she is the best realtor ever!! We’ve heard numerous times that buying a house would be a stressful experience but Cristina put our minds at ease. The first day we met our worries started to fade away. We took a detailed look at our budget to see what we could afford along with what would be the best location for us and resale value. She thoroughly explained the process, housing language, and what options would be best for us when it came to decision making. She took care of all problems/disagreements that we had with the loan officer or builder. We called her throughout the day with questions (This is our first home so we had a lot) and she would always answer the phone or respond via text when she was busy and unable to talk at the time. I can really go on and on and on about how great she is at her profession. We really felt like she was on our team! I don’t think she could have made this process even easier. Even after signing all the paperwork, she told us to call her if we have any questions regarding the homestead exemption, spam mail that looks important, and everything else they do not tell you about when purchasing your first home. Whenever the time comes to sell and look for another house Cristina will be the first person we call! Cristina is the perfect example of what you should look for in a realtor! We can’t thank her enough!!

My husband and I purchased our first home this past April, and it has been the most amazing experience. Cristina was so thoughtful, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable.
